Search stopped being a list of links.
People ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini which business to call — and get one answer, not ten blue links. Hollar measures whether that answer includes you, why it doesn't, and what to change so it does.

Neil Collier
Co-founder · Product & engineering
Neil builds the thing that does the measuring — the scoring engine, the pipeline that runs it, and the dashboard you read the answer in.
He started Hollar after noticing that the questions customers now ask an AI assistant get answered from sources no one on a marketing team had ever looked at, let alone controlled.

Ryan Jaffe
Co-founder · Customers & delivery
Ryan talks to the businesses we score, runs the reports back to them line by line, and owns what happens after the number: which fixes get made, in what order, and by when.
Most of what the product checks exists because a real owner asked him a question the report couldn't yet answer.
How we work
We run the same scan on our own site that we run on yours, we publish what the engines actually said rather than a screenshot of a good day, and every figure we put in public is a count across repeated runs — never a single lucky answer. Hollar is built by Cleardot Enterprises, in California, USA.
